There is one thing that makes Landers Dodge super special and hands down beats the competition.... THE PEOPLE. Our experience from the time I called to make an appointment to service our Jeep, we were treated with upmost respect until the oil change was completed and we were walked to our Jeep by the the ser appointment to service our Jeep, we were treated with upmost respect until the oil change was completed and we were walked to our Jeep by the the service tech. I was very pleased about the quality of service that I received. My wait time was shorter than expected and my service agent was great. Seating in the waiting area was spaced apart properly however I thought wearing a mask was a requirement. Most employees wore a mask for the most part. A customer waiting for his vehicle as I was came into the waiting area without one. It did make me feel uncomfortable and I went outside. More
