Genifer and all the staff were great and helpful. The only issue we had was we set an appointment for Tuesday and drop the truck off on Monday evening. It did not get looked at until the following We The only issue we had was we set an appointment for Tuesday and drop the truck off on Monday evening. It did not get looked at until the following Wednesday a week and day later. The truck was in for a transmission service and back-up camera messing up (the wires). I feel when you set an appointment you're doing that to get your vehicle back sooner especially when you are not getting a loaner vehicle. Other than that Landers was great in their service department, best we have found yet in the metro. More
