This was a terrible experience, and I will never again visit this dealership for service to my vehicle. First of all, I have a Jeep Wrangler and the traction control light was on. It was going to cost me visit this dealership for service to my vehicle. First of all, I have a Jeep Wrangler and the traction control light was on. It was going to cost me $120 for them to even look at the problem. Second of all, they did their little “check up,” which is just a way for them to see what they can technically fix but is totally not needed at all. I went over the list they gave me, which came up to about $1350, with my mechanic and he said he did not recommend any of what Landers wanted to do because when he looked at my car the day before, everything was fine. He looked at the things Landers wanted to replace, and he did not see fit to charge me for any replacements. This just to say that my problem was not handled by Landers, and they wanted to charge me obscene amounts of money to even look at my problem. Needless to say, I took my business to another Jeep dealership, where I was treated a lot better. More

I was driving to New York for post deployment leave and my engine light came on and my truck kept dying as I was driving it. I took it in, they found the issue immediately and were able to get me back on t my engine light came on and my truck kept dying as I was driving it. We'll the sales people was great. The only problem I had and still having a problem with us getting a title sent to me to get my tag. I bought car June 15th and now we are in the month of August and still n and still having a problem with us getting a title sent to me to get my tag. From what Courtney tells me from your title position is you aren't able to get usaa to give you a lien release on my car you sold me. I believe this is illegal to sell a car that you don't have a clear title to. I am trying to be patient but this is getting ridiculous. I am already making a car payment to a car that I don't know if I'm going to own or not. I put down a $7000 down payment. This is the first car I bought used and I am totally regretting it. I have talked to my tag agency and other car dealers about this situation and they are amazed that this is going on. I really hope you can change my mind about how yall handle your business. I received outstanding customer support on my warranty issue. Of special note was Teresa, the service advisor, who was extremely professional and kept me up to speed on progress.
