This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. I went to two other places prior to going to Landers... needless to say the service was subpar, and the staff wasn’t professional, they c dealership. The second I pulled onto the lot at Landers I was immediately greeted and asked “Do you already have an idea what you’re looking for?” I informed the salesman what I wanted and the year range and the amount I was looking for. He then informed me that he had only been on the job for a few days, but he would do his very best to help me. He showed me quite a few options in my price range and within the years I specified. He was extremely friendly and had a very positive personality that made me feel like I was doing more than just buying a car. I knew then that I definitely wasn’t shopping anywhere else. You guys are great I appreciate all the honesty and positivity that came along with our encounter. You guys have 100% earned my trust and my business from here on. More

Overall, okay experience. Not happy with the sales manager or salesman. Made promises to fix certain things with the car and that wasn't completely done. They were in such a hurry to get a sale, on a car that the sales manager had been driving for a few months, which put extra miles on the car and it was dirty. Requested a detail and all we got wad the outside of the car cleaned up. From past experiences in buying a vehicle, I have always gotten a full tank of gas before keaving the lot. Not this one. We had to stop to get gas just to get home. Mentioned it and got no response. There were other minor things wrong that were mentioned to salesman and sales manager that they agreed to fix and then blew us off like it wasn't anything. Just not very happy with the custimer service that was given. Plus, we had to wait over an hour just to get in with the finance department. I could understand if they were busy with other customers, but they weren't. Finance guy didn't realize we were there and had been waiting. Another gentleman had to go fid him to get our paperwork started. This was after we sat there waiting for over an hour. All I can say is that it would have been a better experience if they would have been men of their words (even signed a sheet of paper agreeing to the terms) and went through with their promises instead of just trying to get that commission check. I know its the car business and I know how the car business works (worked I the car business before), but you get more business and better reviews with great customer service. More
