I pre-scheduled a 2pm appointment to have a recall service performed and have the temperature gauge looked at in my van. At 5:30pm I texted the service department to ask when it might be done. I was informed that it had not yet been looked at but it would be soon and I would get a call ASAP. At 7:30pm after no further contact from the dealership I texted again to ask when it would be ready as we needed to start bedtime with our kids and at that point wouldn’t be able to come pick up. I was then informed that they didn’t get to my van that day and the service department closed at 6pm. It was never communicated to me previously that my van would need to kept overnight for such minor issues. Frustrating to say the least to unexpectedly be without a car the following morning. My car was finally ready for pick up at 12:15pm the following day. The service department employee I texted with was slightly apologetic but mostly focused on the fact that someone should have told me when I dropped off that it could take that long and that I should have known the service department closed at 6pm. I have never, at any other dealership, had a recall and one small issue take nearly 22hours to complete. Needless to say sadly we will be going somewhere else in the future. More

Driving the vehicle instead of providing transport or at least given option. My vehicle was driven 750 miles for delivery. Unacceptable! Bought 6 used vehicles NOT one was ever a driver driven delivery. If Mileage is the primary filter followed by price why would you want it with 750 more miles on it. More
