I was a little disappointed that the vehicle was not ready when I arrived. The dealer seemed a little confused since the original salesman was not in to work that day. Dealer would not give me the first ready when I arrived. The dealer seemed a little confused since the original salesman was not in to work that day. Dealer would not give me the first responder rebate of $500. So I had to discuss it with Jeep rebate center. I have received word from Jeep that I will be receiving a $500. Payment. However this amount was not deduced from the deal sheet and ended up costing me $31.25 in sales tax that the dealer should pay me. Thanks randy More

Went there to purchase a used vehicle that we had picked out and all the paperwork was ready. Had to wait a little bit for financing. But after a little bit, we were able to sign all of the paperwork and th out and all the paperwork was ready. Had to wait a little bit for financing. Service on EcoDiesel Had a recall on my 2016 EcoDiesel for the EGR Cooler. Service Center was excellent, FCA getting them the parts was another story. I am a paraplegic Had a recall on my 2016 EcoDiesel for the EGR Cooler. Service Center was excellent, FCA getting them the parts was another story. I am a paraplegic and this vehicle is my main source of transportation. The Service center spent a day trying to get rent me a van I could use while my truck was in the service center. FCA would not sign off on the rental for the vehicle. Getting the parts then became a problem. FCA had released parts for the 2017 - 2019 vehicles recalled, but not the 2016. Service center finally began ordering individual parts to get my truck returned to me instead of waiting for FCA to supply the kit for the recall. Three different times FCA told me parts were on the way, only to find out later they weren't being shipped. Over all this was a four and a half week ordeal. The Service Center was excellent, FCA was behind on parts for the recall and disconnected from what their parts availability actually was. More
