Car had a sticker saying it had a warranty but they wouldn’t honor it didn’t think that was right. Car also had a stuck running board was told they would get it unstuck but they didn’t. They also said they would detail it but pretty sure they didn’t inside was dirty all they did was put one of the papers with the shoe prints on it so we would think they did something. It shouldn’t matter if you’re buy a used car or a new car you should get the same treatment but they obviously only care about the people buying a new $50000 vehicle. More

My initial encounter was promising. However, it went South from there. Came in to test drive a Dodge Durango R/T. I might add this is my first experience with Dodge. I chose to test drive because I like the new look and reviews on the vehicle. I liked the ride and decided to talk price for purchase. The sales person Al Gee was great. I asked for specific options and was assured by sales Manager Kurtis Becker he had found a car fitting my purchase requirements and it would take 3-5 for the vehicle to arrive from a dealer trade. I agreed to purchase we drew up and finalized the paperwork. On Tuesday I Al and Kurtis called to check on status of the vehicle. I was told they were still working on it and they would call me back. I got no return call. On Wednesday I called Kurtis again who gave me his personal cell phone and said to call or text if I had questions. Wednesday I sent a text letting Kurtis know I hadn't heard back on Tuesday and wanted status. Wednesday afternoon Kurtis returned my call and said they having issues with the dealer for dealer swap on vehicles. The dealer was looking at their inventory to find a vehicle they would trade for. He said he would call back in a couple hours. Again, no return call. I sent two text messages to Kurtis and called three times and left a message. NO RETURN CALL OR TEXT!! Finally I got a hold of Al Gee and he was very professional and told me the whole truth. That they new since MONDAY, that they could not get the vehicle. Yet never called me to let me know. I immediately went down to Landers and demanded my money back. Thankfully, I spoke with Marcellus Mack who was able to fix the situation and make it right. However, this is not the end. When I went to pick up my vehicle yesterday it was not cleaned (detailed) as promised. Again, Al Gee and Marcellus stepped up and will make this this coming Monday. My whole experience with Landers has made me question how they value customer service and if it is all about the sale. Based on my personal experience that is why I am giving a 3 star rating. I will recommend the dealership but with caution. More
