I'm waiting for a refund for a $1,500 maintenance program that I did not purchase when I bought my 2015 Dodge Challenger. The finance person drafted all the paperwork and had me sign it. He then said oh I'm that I did not purchase when I bought my 2015 Dodge Challenger. The finance person drafted all the paperwork and had me sign it. He then said oh I'm sorry I had the wrong VIN number I have to redo the paperwork. 15 minutes later I went back in to sign all the new paperwork. He said, it's all the same just a vehicle has changed so go ahead & everything real quick and we'll get you out of here. I had checked every line item the first time through. It was perfect. The second time through he added in a maintenance program that I never authorized. In fact I own my own repair shop. We had an entire conversation about this while he was drafting my paperwork. I am the last person in the world who would buy a $1,500 maintenance program for my car. Fortunately for me I discovered it a few days later and called up the finance supervisor. Before I even got halfway through my story he said oh yeah we will refund your money. Sorry sir we'll take care of this for you. Which tells me that this is not a new occurrence. Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer who happens to know massive groups of car enthusiasts in the greater Oklahoma City area. I suggest you expedite my refund. More

Poor service. Bought a vehicle with bad tires. Didn’t make it 50 miles until 2 of 4 lost all air. Service wanted me to pay for repairs. Took 60 days to get title. Extremely unhappy with my 1st experience with the dealer. I know these are unusually times, but a month and half to repair a burned clutch and leaking brake cylinder is unacceptable!
