I will not return to Landers. I took my truck in after it left me stranded (2016 Ram) and they had it nearly two months. I was promised repeatedly it was being repaired despite the truck sitting outside. Eve left me stranded (2016 Ram) and they had it nearly two months. I was promised repeatedly it was being repaired despite the truck sitting outside. Eventually I went on a Sunday and used my second key to look at the truck. It appeared as though they had done about 30 minutes worth of work. Ten days later I stopped by for an update and was told it was being repaired...I popped the hood and found that nothing had changed. Furthermore, my dash camera picked up their technician vaping in my truck despite the fact that their loaner vehicle paperwork forbids you from doing the same. Finally, I was told on the Thursday before I picked up the truck that they had test driven it that morning and were going to drive it again the next day. I picked the truck up Friday and found, via the dash camera, that it was not driven after Monday. I could continue this but I don't see a point. I welcome a call or email from them if they want further details. More
