This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Russell. The only reason I’m fact we went back to Landers again is because he is so easy to deal with. However, after purchasing the car 4 days later we were cont only reason I’m fact we went back to Landers again is because he is so easy to deal with. However, after purchasing the car 4 days later we were contacted by Marcellous and told we had to come back and resign paperwork. Which is fine, but I was told the ONLY change was the order of the signer and co-signer. Of course when we got there a extended warranty had been added on. When I informed him I didn't want that he stated that it took our interest rate down, I'm not sure why he didn't just lead with that. Also I questioned him about the amount offered for our TT&L and he stated it would be enough, which i highly doubt. He seemed irritated and was rude anytime we tried to question about anything. He pretty much blamed everything on who we initially signed with on the first night. I am not impressed with him and refuse to deal with him at all. My stars ratings are based on the Russell and Russell alone. More
