Friendly. Prompt. No rediculous upsells. I was driving through the area and needed service. I knew this immediately because there were words on the screen and I can read! I bought it I had been in to see the new 2019 Ram and met Jason, we talked and an offer was made but I was not ready at that time to buy. I am 100% disabled Vet s I had been in to see the new 2019 Ram and met Jason, we talked and an offer was made but I was not ready at that time to buy. I am 100% disabled Vet so in Oklahoma I have to wait 3 yrs to get a new vehicle without paying the TTand T. I explained that to Jason and told him I would be back. The time came and I was looking on Autotrader and Cars.com, Landers seemed to have the best selection out of the closest dealerships. I had an appointment with someone just because I asked about the availability of a particular vehicle. When I waked in I saw Jason and remembered him and we started talking. He brought the vehicle up and I explained the TTand T again to him and we agreed on the price and all the incentives that I qualified for. I put money down and left for the night and so they could detail it and do the dealer prep. When I came back the next day it looked great and we finished the paperwork up in no time. Jason is a real good salesman who listens to the customer and works to get the deal done. I would highly recommend him and the dealership to friends. This is the second vehicle I bought from a Landers dealership. More

The service dept. is NOT professional at all. I asked about a specific problem and when I picked the truck up they hadn't even looked at it. When the service person checked it with me, the mechanic told about a specific problem and when I picked the truck up they hadn't even looked at it.
