I’ll never use Landers service department again. I went in for some recall work on my 2017 Ram 2500 and a few other issues. I had a check engine light come on and was wanting them to check this out. They told me it was going to be 250 dollars to check out the two issues. I went right down the street to Napa they plugged it in to the scanner and found it to be a 26.00 thermostat. This is why everyone thinks dealerships are a big ripoff. Thanks for changing my mind too. More

I started the day looking for another Ford truck. After visiting 2 Ford dealerships and finally stopping at Landers, I met Al Gee. Al took the time to answer any and everything I asked. He pulled out vario visiting 2 Ford dealerships and finally stopping at Landers, I met Al Gee. Al took the time to answer any and everything I asked. He pulled out various trucks for me to look at. I finally decided on the truck I wanted and again not expecting to buy that day, realized I still had everything in my trade in vehicle. Landers allowed me to drive my old truck home and they allowed Al to drive my new one home for me, sending a driver to pick him up. I cleaned out my trade in and returned it the next day, with no questions asked, or delays because my situation. I highly recommend Al Guerrero, as well as Kurtis Becker, for talking me into this new truck. I am one happy customer. More
