Really a 4.5 star. There was some residual glue from a chrome letter replacement. I got it right off with Good Off, so nothing major. Otherwise, Teresa was great and kept me informed of the progress. This dealership is outstanding. David Kile went out of his way to show us every ram pickup that we were interested in.
