I live an hour away and I had to have someone pick me up two times. Originally brought it for a recall that was suppose to take five hours so had someone pick me up. Found out something was wrong with the rear end and would take several days to get parts so had to bring it back. I just feel like when you purchase a new vehicle and have to have it repaired a loaner should be provided. More

Mixed feelings but thank god for Erik seriously This is gonna be long, Steven the sales manager is very nice. Michael the salesman was also very nice, however no one likes to call you back. Out of all the dealerships I can honestly say I like this one the best, however, when Stephen another sales guy took over my sale came into the picture....well he pulled snake moves. I was asking to close the deal with 187.50 discount. He acted like it was approved had my mother and I in his office, going through paperwork and then when it came to the signing of the price, he increased it by 25.00 and didn’t take off the discount. He then blamed it on accounting, said they said no! Well when he took us into Erik who works in finance, he honestly made everything! All our anxiety and annoyance disappear. I swear sometimes all you need is a good honest person who genuinely cares to turn things around. Stephen caused me so much anxiety bc I could feel his snake energy. Be straight up Stephen! Leading customers on and making them pull their credit etc before telling them they discount isn’t happening is beyond low. Ok....back to Erik, he went above and beyond and didn’t mess any details. You can tell he actually wants to help others and make them feel good about purchasing from Landers. I swear some how he knew more than any of the sales staff. I asked for a lot to be honest (details and print out wise) and he didn’t miss a thing. I wish he was the gm. Well after having the best experience with Erik, and it was time to walk out and get my Jeep. Stephen pulled up some new rubicon and started to hand me the key. He’ll rubicon’s are more expensive I’ll take it, it was even newer than the Sahara I was purchasing. I started to take the keys and laughed and said “umm you do know this isn’t my Jeep” he had already put The temporary license plate on and everything. Like how?!?!!?????!!??!!?! Then he finally brought my Jeep around. He hands me one key, only ONE. I asked where the second key is being they are the only ones who have ever owned the Jeep. Stephen said “sorry only one key” really???? Seriously?!!????? He shrugged his shoulders and just didn’t say a thing. Hours later I had a few questions so I decided to contact the only one who seemed to care and had common sense (Erik) and to be honest I felt bad bc he isn’t a sales guy but he had all the answers and was so caring and took time out to really help me. He asked about my experience and really hoped I was happy with my experience at landers. He must love it there bc he really does care. Well I told him about the key and how Stephen just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care. Well a few days later Erik calls me and wishes me happy holidays and that my extra key is there. I mean now this is customer service. Wow! The only reason I’d suggest friends and family to landers is only bc of Erik. Give this man a raise! More

Time is money, and you must give respect ,to get respect! It wasn't the price , that's how long we took to get to the price they advertised. I buy on average 5 vehicles every 36 months. I'm not a dealer I just have my own business, and that's just the average time that I go through approximately 5 vehicles. So I do have a lot of experience and trading and buying vehicles. I normally stay away from large dealers because of the games they play ,and the time they waste . A dealer knows they would get to the price they advertised anyway ,but they try to just find out how much you know or if they can wear you down ,and get you to agree to a higher price. This message should be a crime but it's not so it's something you either deal with with large dealers or you just go to smaller ones where they don't have the time or the resources to play all the games. However, in this case I thought I would give him one more shot to earn my business. Not only did that waste a lot of my time but the original salesman left and went home because obviously I wasn't important enough to stay and see the deal through and this was after the deal was made he knew I was buying the vehicle and we were just waiting on paperwork. He decided to go home because it was getting late, and left me with a guy that was super nice, did his very best. I had no idea who it was because I hadn't been dealing with him for the last 2 hours. Therefore I was very insulted by the salesman basically saying his time was worth more than mine and I'm the one about the spend thousands of dollars. But here is the fine print of my review. My salesman went home and left me there to finish. He also had told me I needed to come back the next business day to get it detailed and get the other key fob because they couldn't find the second key fob that died and no one was in detail that late so I agreed. I went back Monday morning first thing they still couldn't find the key fob and the weather was too cold the detail the vehicle so I wasted a trip all the way to Norman Oklahoma for nothing when they could have told me on the phone because I did call ahead and say we don't have your key fob nor are we going to detail your truck this morning. The salesman also told me that he would either have my key fob within 24 hours or he would have to order a new one and it would take five days. Monday evening I sent a message to this same salesman and asked him to let me know if you found the key fob or if he had to order one so that I would know if I had to come back the following Monday 7 Days later. Well it is now five days and I've not heard a word from that salesman at all about the key fob or if you ordered one so I have no idea even if there's one on its way. These kind of you're not an important person, your money even though it's thousands of dollars is not important either . We don't have time to even send you a text message ,or an email because you're not worth our time, your time is not valuable that's the most important part my time is not valuable to them. So I will probably call them tomorrow which is Saturday to find out if they ordered the key fob if not we will play this cat-and-mouse game until I get one. This is the main reason I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Landers Chrysler Jeep and Dodge do not value the customers time which is a huge sign of disrespect. And the closing I would say if you owe them money I'm sure that they would not allow you to disrespect them by not contacting them at all. I will say the price of the vehicle is not the complaint we finally got there several hours later I'm satisfied with the price. The customer service customer loyalty and customer value is what I question from Landers Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in Norman Oklahoma. But don't just take my word for it check it out for yourself you may have a whole different experience. I walked in so this is what I want you have two or three of them and let's Make a deal I was there to buy and I did eventually by but I could have very easily went to their competitors. And unless something changes in the next few days my review will stay the same because they have not earned my repeat business nor my respect. And then closing I must clarify finance what's superb very knowledgeable explained everything well no complaints there. More
