Still waiting for our 2nd key Our Salesman was Super to work with!! However, once the truck was purchased we were suppose to get two electronic keys, and only one has been provided Our Salesman was Super to work with!! However, once the truck was purchased we were suppose to get two electronic keys, and only one has been provided. Two weeks later we still don't have our 2nd key. First we were told they were locating the key. A week later we were told they cannot find the key and replacements would be provided in 3 days. Two weeks later still no key and we are being told they are on back order. Not cool Landers. More

After my previous truck got totaled I had a pretty specific criteria I was looking for. Well luckily for me I found it at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Norman Oklahoma. However I live 4.5 hours away. After calling and talking to Sam Nicholson, I gave him my fears of buying a used vehicle that far away. He assured me the truck was worth it. After him sending me every picture imaginable and negotiating on the price I decided to risk the drive. Everything was as stated. The one small issue I had was fixed while we did the paperwork. I then drove the used truck back home 4.5 hours with no issues. I would definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business. Thanks Sam!! More
