Nothing fixed. Not their problem. Set appointment. Was told part was on hand. Kept vehicle all day. They call and let me know vehicle was ready to be picked up, but that they were not Set appointment. Was told part was on hand. Kept vehicle all day. They call and let me know vehicle was ready to be picked up, but that they were not able to fix issue bc part was there and that they weren’t allowed to order part for a week bc it’s a restricted part list. Then they wanted to list all of the services that were recommended by Chrysler at certain mileage. Teresa was nice and it wasn’t her fault. The call center that set the appointment took forever and I don’t think they really know what’s going on in the service department. More

Timely process I gave 3 stars because the time it took to get an oil change and tire rotation was actually kind of ridiculous, & this was not the first time for this I gave 3 stars because the time it took to get an oil change and tire rotation was actually kind of ridiculous, & this was not the first time for this. This was actually the second oil change in a row that i was sitting and waiting in my vehicle to be done for over 2 hours, this time being about 2 1/2 hours. Mind you, both times i had appointments so it wasn’t like i jumped in the loop of the services they already had scheduled. I’m not necessarily sure what it was that took so long, but I feel this can be fixed internally. More
