Incorrectly leveled a truck so they could sell it!! We bought a 2016 F 150 that had been leveled by Landers in Norman Ok. The work was done incorrectly as the wrong leveling kit was used when Landers pu We bought a 2016 F 150 that had been leveled by Landers in Norman Ok. The work was done incorrectly as the wrong leveling kit was used when Landers put it on the truck. Due to the poor work, the truck sat at an incorrect angle so within a few months, we broke an axle. We contacted 4 local shops that looked at the truck and all said the reason we broke the axle was because the truck had been leveled incorrectly. We notified Landers of this, they took the truck in, looked at it and took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for the bad work. They lied and said we didn't break an axle (we have the broken axle in a box in our garage currently) and that they didn't do anything wrong. We took it to another shop that replaced the axle, however could not guarantee the work due to the problem with the leveling kit. This cost $650. We left an honest review on Google about this and Landers offered us $300 to take it off the internet but still would not accept responsibility. Finally, we took the truck to have it fixed and the owner of the shop said that in 30 years of working with modified trucks, he had never seen such poor work. Landers had not only used the wrong kit, but had raised the front end of the truck up so high that it was causing everything else to be off. He contacted 3 other ships because he had never seen anything like it and they all agreed that the truck had been leveled incorrectly by Landers. That cost us $350, so we have spent a total of $1000 to fix the truck because of what Landers in Norman did to it. We have contacted them multiple times with no response. We feel that they did poor, cheap work in order to sell the truck. It had been on the lot for several months and they wanted to get rid of it with no regard for the person buying it, knowing the work was bad.After a total of 8 other shops that all agreed that Landers dis the work incorrectly, it is obvious that this company doesn't care at all about the quality of their vehicles, they just want money. More

Grace and good business I brought my 2006 commander in for some programming and technical advice to help me learn and solve various issues. I was allowed to swap my own comp I brought my 2006 commander in for some programming and technical advice to help me learn and solve various issues. I was allowed to swap my own components with the safety net of sound minded technicians nearby. I was not charged for their time or assistance and walked out of there with a sturdy new found relationship. Because of this, I am much more likely to do my shopping here and trust the advice of the staff and technicians. I highly recommend this service department and have no dread in my gut when doing business with them. If I’m gonna spend my hard earned money at a dealership, it will be this one.
