Good service although took way longer than expected. UPDATE: The car was finally fixed on Jan 29. Everything was done under the standard Powertrain Warranty, no cost to me including a weekly rental. I'm gong to leave my original review below for reference. --------------------------------- I own a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 30K miles on it. Last week I noticed that engine block has some small traces of either oil or coolant leaks. All fluid levels looked OK so I decided to just schedule a service appointment for the dealer to take a look at. First of all, I had to do it 1 weeks ahead as all earlier time slots before that were taken. Came to my appointment at 8am on Jan 22 and was told that "there is some back log". Left the car and picked up a rental. Not hearing anything form the service, I called them on Jan 24 close to 6pm, which is 3 full working days. I was told that my car has not even been looked at and the mechanic would look at it next morning! That is just to diagnose, not even doing any actual work on the car! My MaxCare extended warranty covers rental up to 5 days and 3 days are already wasted! Why even have an appointment schedule system when the card is going to be sitting on the lot for 3 days? Why can't I schedule an appointment such that the car will be in service when I drop it and not sitting idle? I can't speak for the quality for the service yet but so far I'm totally disappointed with the process. Don't remember the employee name and the pictures on the site are too small, but its easy to find out whose shift it was. More

Service department If possible I would have given 0 stars. I called and made an appointment for service on my jeep. I brought the vehicle in the afternoon before so they would have it on the appointment day. 36 hours later I called and was told they couldn't find my vehicle in their system. The service writer sent me a text a few minutes later stating they had not even looked at my jeep but it was in line to be worked on. I told them I was on my way to get the vehicle. After standing at the cashiers desk for almost 10 minutes the clerk said they couldn't find me in the system, she went to the service writer and re appeared a few minutes later and handed me the keys, she didn't say where my jeep was and just walked away. After locating my vehicle there was no tag on my keys and no number hanging from the mirror. I will never return to this dealership for anything. More
