No call backs no nothing I made an appointment with them for 12:30 when I took it up there they said they were busy and they might not get to it that day but they would get to I made an appointment with them for 12:30 when I took it up there they said they were busy and they might not get to it that day but they would get to it the next day. It was over a week before I got my car back and the only thing Landers did was unplug my remote start. So it’s not like they had to wait for parts to ship in they just didn’t do my car when they said they would. On top of all that I tried to call several times and nobody would return my calls. More

Regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation This recent experience was similar to my last oil change service. No other cars were waiting to pull in to service area, three workers talking in a h This recent experience was similar to my last oil change service. No other cars were waiting to pull in to service area, three workers talking in a huddle, did not motion for me to pull in. I drove in on my own, with window down, three feet away from employee, no one made eye contact or much less greeted me, or said they would be right with me. I felt that I was a bother to them. As far as actual service to my vehicle all was good. Work on the customer intake/greeting, I want to feel important. I can get oil changed at many different places in this town. My service tech did a fine job once I had his attention. More
