Waste of time Brought van in to see if your computer could diagnose the problem. 3 1/2 days later after 2 phone calls to Garrett and me showing up to service, then Brought van in to see if your computer could diagnose the problem. 3 1/2 days later after 2 phone calls to Garrett and me showing up to service, then calling manager to try and find something out they said “no” our computer won’t work. Pick up your vehicle. It’s a handicap van. I rescheduled a weeks worth of rehab appointments for my wife. She has ALS. Now I know nothing still and it took them 3 1/2 days to tell me. Total xxxxxxxx, waste of time. Garrett’s attitude was “I don’t give a xxxx” More
