Pushy Unprofessional Test driving a vehicle and sitting down to talk numbers was probably the easiest part of the whole experience. All the problems started once we got to Test driving a vehicle and sitting down to talk numbers was probably the easiest part of the whole experience. All the problems started once we got to finance I was already pre-approved through my bank for the amount of the car with a payment I was comfortable with. The finance officer we had was very pushy to get me to buy an extended warranty on top of the certified warranty the vehicle already came with that wasn’t up until 2022. I seen no reason to purchasing the extra warranty. I was very stern with saying no I’m fine I will use the warranty that is already in place. The finance officer proceeds to push and goes to tell me “as soon as your vehicle warranty goes out and you bring it to the dealership I’ll be the first to tell you told you so” if you ask me that’s not good customer service at all. After we finish in finance eager to get our vehicle looked at for the noise heard from the front of the vehicle our salesman tells us service says it can be one of two things either a water pump or something else but it should be fixed Monday. We got a loaner which was nice. I called service Monday afternoon after expecting a courtesy call just to get told we have not looked at your vehicle. I was kind of understanding along with being confused as to why we were told it would be ready Monday. I asked for a update the following day. With no update I called that afternoon just to be told the tech has the ticket but the car has not been brought in the shop. Now I’m starting to get frustrated. How can a certified pre owned vehicle that is supposed to go through lengthy multi point inspection and turned into the dodge manufacturer to be approved have a problem that goes unnoticed after sitting on the lot for 100 days and been drove 400+ miles over the advertising mileage? I then called their service manager to see to why the car has not been brought in the shop and as to why I’m being told Monday it would be ready. You would think after selling a CPO vehicle and trying to earn your customers business you would have that car into service very quickly. But, The service manager decided to get smart with me and tell he doesn’t understand why the rep would tell me when it would be ready and he can’t tell his head from his a**. As for my experience here I would say it’s been a complete circus and even after talking to a “manager” I still got unprofessional service. More
