Best experience at a dealership I took my truck in for service. I have purchased several trucks from this store. The last owners lost my business and so I went to TX and another deal I took my truck in for service. I have purchased several trucks from this store. The last owners lost my business and so I went to TX and another dealership to purchase two new trucks. The new ownership occurred in Spring if 2017 and I haven’t met any of the new Landers. They are people just like us and didn’t act like typical dealership sharks. I was killing time and the salesmen were just talking. Not trying to push me into buying. I asked to drive a new one. I cannot explain how much Personable and true everyone that worked there acted. I highly recommend this dealership. I have been to nearly every dealership that sells Ram Cummins. I have owned 8. Now I have number 9🙂 and I don’t feel like I got ripped off. More

Great care, great car I am a new international graduate student at OU and know very little about US law or car market. Charlie understood that and not only took the time to show us (my wife and I) a great number of cars but also took the time to educate us on all we needed to know to own, maintain and protect our car. At the end of the day, I went home with a great car and friend. Now I don't need to waste hours car searching, for any future purchases I'll just go to Landers and talk to Charlie. They will get me the best car for me, that also fits my budget. More

Landers boasts that they value safety, and Russell showed that to be true. I'm rating Landers a 4 overall, because there were several issues with the van that I purchased that I feel should've been addressed prior to the vehicle being presented to potential customers. However, when I presented each of my concerns to Russell, he immediately spoke to management and arranged for the repairs in the shop. Russell personally followed up with the shop and kept me informed. Additionally, once we settled on the vehicle and began the financial side of the transaction, I told Russell what we were needing to pay, and he, management, and AJ in Finance made it happen. There wasn't a bunch of unnecessary back-and-forth. The guys were straight forward, and took care of the transaction. Overall I am pleased with my experience at Landers CDJ Norman. More

Overall positive experience My wife and I arrived relatively late on a weekday earlier this week to purchase a new car that we found on their website. We were promptly greeted at My wife and I arrived relatively late on a weekday earlier this week to purchase a new car that we found on their website. We were promptly greeted at the door by Waylon and were quickly shown the car for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside to begin the negotiations and then worked with AJ to complete all of the paperwork. I have purchased many new and used vehicles from dealerships over the years with some experiences being painless and simple and others being cumbersome and frustrating. The staff at Landers was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My only suggestion for Landers for future customers (and reason I rated them 4 rather than 5 stars overall) is to provide a tour of your facility to include the service and parts departments, introduce them to the service department staff/manager, and offer to walk them through all of the tech in their new vehicle to include helping them set up features such as satellite radio and Uconnect services as well as pairing cell phones to the vehicle. I have come to appreciate simple gestures like these when I visit an unfamiliar dealership or purchase a vehicle from an unfamiliar manufacturer because every location and every manufacturer’s systems are a little different. Very courteous and prompt service HE was very courteous to me. I went in for an oil and filter change and tires rotated. HEcsaidvit would be about 2 hours.
