I brought my jeep gladiator for service on a Saturday, was told there was a three hour wait because some of their people did not come in. I parked my truck for a week to go to Texas, had to take my wife' was told there was a three hour wait because some of their people did not come in. I parked my truck for a week to go to Texas, had to take my wife's car which was a inconvenience to her. Cam back the next weekend and made an appointment for service which was confirmed by the dealer. I get and was informed that their was two people ahead of me . What is the point of having an appointment when they can't keep them. I sat there for two hours just for an oil change. poor management . More

Very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. Brought in my diesel truck which had a check engine light, service desk read codes and immediately contacted their diesel mechanic to see what they could do.
