Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman - Service Center

I brought my 2015 Ram 2500 to Landers for Recall work. One of the jobs involved dropping the transmission pan. A few days after picking the truck up from the service dept the transmission started leakin One of the jobs involved dropping the transmission pan. After repair was completed I talked to service manager about my disappointment in the service. He told me they could only do the recall with parts in the kit. When they made the second repair they used “the good stuff” to reseal it. I would think you would want to use the good stuff on every repair. I trusted you once, but I can’t do it again since repairing my vehicle right the first time doesn’t seem to be the priority. The extra $20 for “the good stuff” might have earned you a repeat customer. Instead it only made you an unhappy one. More

As soon as I drove up, the service technician took all my pertinent information, moved my van into the shop and within less than an hour I was out the door with my 4,000 mile factory check completed at a very reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with the care they took for my van's interior with the steering wheel, seat and floor coverings that they put on to protect the interior. Landers will have my business from now on. More

This dealership is very customer savvy!!!! They were very conscience of what I was looking for, in my next vehicle.
