MADE THINGS BETTER Make a long story short as possible. The service director, Jeremy Yandell was extremely sincere in wanting to make a bad experience for me better. My Make a long story short as possible. The service director, Jeremy Yandell was extremely sincere in wanting to make a bad experience for me better. My biggest issue was horrible communication from the service advisor's. Jeremy offered me an oil change, car detail and a loaner vehicle. After a few months I notified Jeremy I was ready (time for an oil change). He set up a date for me to deliver my Cherokee and I was met by a different service advisor, Teresa Yargee. After meeting with her I thought, OMG, about time. A service advisor that was professional, polite and courteous. She told me up front it may take a day or two. It took a day and a half. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is only because during the detail my inside windshield had cleaner sprayed on it. Minor detail. I am extremely satisfied this time around. I would recommend they use Teresa as an example for other service advisors to emulate. Great job Jeremy and Teresa. More

Prepare to wait I was there for 2.5 hours for a 20 minute oil change. I get in my car after having to search a parking lot of similar looking cars and they didn’t eve I was there for 2.5 hours for a 20 minute oil change. I get in my car after having to search a parking lot of similar looking cars and they didn’t even bother to vacuum the floor boards. Fowler will wash my car and vacuum it when I take it for an oil change, and it won’t take almost 3 hours. No one ever followed up with me. The only reason i got my car back was because i went out to tell them i was leaving. More
