It was an okay experience. I was out of free rotations but the rep included that with my last Jeep Wave covered oil change which I greatly appreciated. It did take longer than estimated and Jeep in Norman could use a better service department but there’s not another option close so this location will be just fine. More
Nice people, don’t get me wrong, but totally screwed up a transmission cooling line recall repair. Every time you try to get a repair done they are two weeks out. I had an appointment in which my car sat at the dealership for several days before even being looked at. It seemed as though the tech only looked at one thing a day. They fixed what another shop told them needed done. I called afterwards and ask for the air conditioner to be checked.
