We appreciate your feedback. Chrysler does not provide loaner cars on repairs that do not require an overnight stay. Our dealership does offer a complimentary service shuttle to and from our customer's work or home to help minimize any inconveniences for the customer during the repair process. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and know that based on your concerns we are reevaluating the Chrysler loaner car policy to see if this is a service we need to offer to better serve our customers.
