Purchased new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At 1000 miles the a/c quit on an extended trip in 95 degree weather. It was not a good day. When we returned we took it in and an expansion valve was replaced. 4 More

Respectfully, you knew how we felt before we came to pick up the vehicle. You knew that we were willing to trade the vehicle and purchase another vehicle from your dealership. You knew all those things and yet you made an offer for our vehicle that 2500 less than another dealership. You said you wanted to make "things right" and we believed you. But when you offered 2500 less for our vehicle it became apparaent that you really did not care and were only going to use our bad fortune to make another 2500 profit. "Unusual maintenance issues" require unusual effort to resolve. However we were treated business as usual by the dealership. It was almost as if we told "tuff luck". I am sorry but when a family invests over 45,000 in a new vehicle & purchases the premium additional warranty the usual result is an air conditioner that cools the vehicle on a hot day.
