The amount to fix my air conditioning was astronomical, I did get my air fixed at the dealership, with this pandemic going on, my hours at work were cut, I can’t get caught up on many car note & on top of th did get my air fixed at the dealership, with this pandemic going on, my hours at work were cut, I can’t get caught up on many car note & on top of that, I can’t even think about affording to get my air fixed at the dealership after I was charged almost 150.00 to get it diagnosed which was also way too much. I’m not happy with the results is why I’ve been trying to avoid writing a review. Very unsatisfied customer. More

This has been the worst car service experience I have ever had in 35 years of owning cars. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Terrible response after a I left message for service department. I bought a brand new Jeep and within 2 months I had to take my Jeep to dealership due to ABS LIGHT, traction and 4WD lights coming on and brake was sticking. They kept Jeep 2 weeks, stated that replaced p take my Jeep to dealership due to ABS LIGHT, traction and 4WD lights coming on and brake was sticking. They kept Jeep 2 weeks, stated that replaced part and car is ready for pick up. The day I picked car up the lights came back on and brakes felt worse. Within 3 days they did come pick my Jeep up and again it is in shop. I had to go above service depot just to get a “rental” car. They have my Jeep now. Once again, I’ve asked them why Jeep engine gets so hot within such a short drive and after 4 hours cool off still tok got to touch. Very little feedback from anyone at dealership. More

My brakes are squeaking (grinding) and car jerks within 30 days. Went in for brakes two weeks after purchase was told my brakes was fine after 20 minute wait. Call back two weeks later about brakes and jer 30 days. Went in for brakes two weeks after purchase was told my brakes was fine after 20 minute wait. I need to see a Nissan dealer only thing they do is oil change. xxx is the point of a 3 month warranty? That full inspection report on car fax was a joke. Basically sold me a car as is... More
