Quality Service Bought a used truck with the 3mo 3,000 mile coverage. Truck is excellent buy with a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Came in on a Monday - not the best day as very busy, but was checked in and while it took all day the team consisting of Heather Allen and others did a superb job of keeping me informed, making me as comfortable as able, and just in general a Quality day. I would have no problem recommending your service dept or coming back in the future for a vehicle. More

They won't leave me alone. I haven't taken my vehicle in to this dealership for service or any other reason in well over a year. But starting about a week ago I have received mu I haven't taken my vehicle in to this dealership for service or any other reason in well over a year. But starting about a week ago I have received multiple text messages and emails (daily) from this dealership telling me that the service on my vehicle was complete and that I need to pay my bill. Keep in mind, I never took a vehicle there at all. I stopped by the service department in person last week and explained that I had not dropped off my vehicle for service and they said that they had made a mistake. But I still keep getting requests asking me to give a review on how the service department did. So here it is, the service department at this dealership STINKS !!!! More
I called Lander to schedule a recall repair...they said they had the parts for the recall on my truck and told me to drop off my truck. I dropped off my truck and Landers sent me a text saying I need new they had the parts for the recall on my truck and told me to drop off my truck. I dropped off my truck and Landers sent me a text saying I need new tires ... I told them I'm not having any work preformed other then the recall... Lander call me back and said they don't have the parts to perform the recall and I will have to wait four days to reschedule the recall on my truck. So, I pickup my truck and had the recall performed at Campbell Dodge. Lander lied and wasted my day that scheduled to take off work without pay and then I received an email that Landers is trying to get credit for the recall repair that they didn't preform. My email and text from Landers shows that they are a lying thief.. I'll never go back to any of the Landers dealerships again. More
