Work not done. Service dept said it was complete service manager has not returned my call and rescheduled appointment as he promised he would do. Recall Had 3 of 4 recalls done at local dealership, they could not do one. So, I called landers and they could do it that day. Misled and pressured I felt that we were misled about the condition of our vehicle while simultaneously being assured our insurance would cover the cost of any repairs. W I felt that we were misled about the condition of our vehicle while simultaneously being assured our insurance would cover the cost of any repairs. With this explanation we were urged to make a “go/no go” decision on the repairs before we received final word from the adjuster. The adjuster had a different opinion than the service department and we have had our vehicle towed to another service provider. Thank goodness we did not initiate the repairs! While the dealer had our vehicle and we were involved in a back-and-forth between the service department and our insurance adjuster the price of the recommended repair changed no less that three times - each time the cost was significantly less - so much so that the original price seemed arbitrary. Just a really bad experience that will result in us not going back and not recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Very good customer service. I took my car in they fix the problem and i was in and out. They are pricey( $$$$) but very prompt. The customer service was very nice. Stopped in for Oil change without appointment Drove right in about 1:00pm with only one car ahead. Probably there 1.5 hours but was cruising the lot anyway. Real happy with the service.
