Scam Artists You lost a customer here. I would have just silently disappeared, but you asked for a review. My wife brought her Jeep in (that we bought from you You lost a customer here. I would have just silently disappeared, but you asked for a review. My wife brought her Jeep in (that we bought from you brand new) for a radiator leak. The initial estimate was $2400. I call that afternoon and no one returned my call. Someone named Chris called the next morning. Then he tells me the price tag went down to $1600. And the final tally ended up being $1300. Just a bunch of xxxxxxxx preventative maintenance on a car with 40k miles (spark plugs, really?????). You lived up to the classic stereotype that tries to take advantage of people that don't know any better. I would have went somewhere else to complete the repair but don't have time to deal with it. We are weeks away from selling said Jeep and buying a new car, and can assure you Landers is off the list for our search. Hope you are happy. More

Unprofessional. I scheduled an appt at 2:00 for a oil change and anti-freeze flush. My service writer upsold me a tire rotation and an alignment. The 4 services were I scheduled an appt at 2:00 for a oil change and anti-freeze flush. My service writer upsold me a tire rotation and an alignment. The 4 services were quoted to take about 3 hours. I'm a disabled veteran and use a walker. My car has a left foot gas pedal; therefore, I'm unable to use a loaner car. The service writer didn't offer shuttle service. I asked if shuttle service was available. The driver took me home and the service writer called me about 4:30 to let me know the driver would be headed my way and that they were almost done with my car. I arrive and they quickly get my invoice and explain the alignment couldn't be done that day because my tech wasn't comfortable using the new alignment equipment. I didn't come in asking for an alignment, I was upsold the rotation and alignment??? Now, I'm sitting in the waiting area and the lights started being turned off, doors started getting locked and I see a lot of employees going home. I was alone in the waiting area for the entire time I was there. . At about 7:00, I start asking about my car. The service writer said she was going to bring my car around and I could wait outside of the garage and she'd bring my car around. The shuttle driver was doing a last sweep of the garage and knew I had been standing out there for about 15 minutes. He went to check on my car and the service writer then came around to inform me that the tech was having trouble getting an air bubble out off the lines while winterizing. I received my car just before 8:00 with an apology. If so busy, why was I the only one in the waiting room? From 2:00 until 8:00, there wasn't a tech available that was educated on equipment to do an alignment? And why was I upsold on something that my tech wasn't capable of doing? And why was I picked up hours before my car was finished? I called the service writer on 10.28.19 to speak with her. I had to leave a message and it's now 10.30.19 and still no call back. I responded to the customer service rep. Laura. I've also responded to another inquiry from Steve Landers about service received and responded the same as you see in this response. There has been no response to feedback as of yet. More
Time is wasting I was told I would know something about the problem with my car within an hour and a half. After two hours I went back up to the checkout desk to try to find out what was wrong with my car. The man I worked with there was very nice and contacted the person who originally worked with me. That person said he had to go back into the shop To talk to the mechanic. He then came back and told me the heater fan was going out and he would go back again to find out how much it would cost to be replaced. This Dodge Caravan is too new to have a fan go bad. So much for American made cars. Of course it’s no longer under warranty. Next time I won’t be buying an American made car. More
Recommended service experience. The people are great and the service was quick. Needed oil and filter change and fuel filters changed along with tire rotation. All service was completed however gauges were not reset for oil and fuel % remaining and tire pressure was not checked and corrected after tire rotation. Minor items but could be problems for some people in the future. More
