The Finance representative Anthony Pickett(Sounds Like Ice Tee) was equally helpful and we had a blast talking during the closing--he said I should write a book--my Alaska Air Force Experience, my travel of the Alcan, my 16 years in Saudi Arabia, etc... In addition, his Sales Supervisor Barney, was equally outstanding -- overall we walked out with a new 2015 Big Horn Ram 1500 at a very reasonable price, and received outstanding service in negotiating a very low 2.9% APR. Words can not express the confidence and surety that we were presented with by Mr. Jerome Fischer. we have been to many of the "name brand" dealers in the area looking for someone we actually felt was a "straight shooter", and the only one who fit that bill was Mr. Fischer. Although my grandson did not purchase a vehicle, we definitely know where we will be in two months when my grandson returns from his next deployment. Mr. Fischer presented only facts and did not try to persuade my grandson from what he started out wanting "a muscle car". through facts, common sense and a true desire to be of help, Mike is sold upon the Chrysler 200. He is stationed in Norfolk, Va. and the base requires that they take and complete a buyer beware class because of all the less than desirable dealers that generally pray on soldiers and sailors in Military cities/towns. They must present a certificate of attendance and completion upon registering any car on the installation. Mr. Fischer set things up so as to be ready assist Mike upon his return in late March or early April 2015. No high pressure or slick sales shenanigans, just professional help and assistance. Exceptional effort from a car salesman Brandon Allen--who is only 24 years old--did an exceptional job for us in helping us buy a 2010 Mercedes C300 yesterday. Brandon actually went to the companion dealerships across the street to get this car for us, and was helpful and entertaining throughout the rather lengthy buying process. His sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating--can't recall his name, tho--maybe Ray? This is a no-pressure dealership--they HELP you rather than trying to force you to buy. We did wind up waiting over an hour after the deal was done to see the finance manager, but I guess that's a sign of a successful dealership. Only real negative was we found out last minute that there was only one key for the Benz, and buying one will cost over $275. Minor on a deal of $19K but still I wish we had known that up front. More

Had to buy new tires within a week of buying car because I couldn't see the tread was gone in the rain. They are sneaky in financing. I told them I would pay no more than what I agreed when taxes were determined to be more and asked that they write in for the new tax amount and all they did was put back in the old tax info so now I have to pay for that out of pocket. They're pushy and I should have just walked out but I was weak and did not. They told me the car had DVD players that for some reason weren't present and once the deal was almost done I find out that it in fact had no DVD players the original owner took them and left the set up for it. When I called about the mostly bald tires after I went home they said there was nothing they could do I bought it as is and used. Even though Kevin said they knew it needed new tires. Pretty sleazy if you ask me. I was in general not happy with their customer service. They do not care about you once they have your money no matter what kind of back handed way they got it. There are plenty of other dealerships in Huntsville or surrounding areas to use instead of these crooks. More

CM NOT AS GOOD AS INTERNET PORTRAYED I Purchased my RAM 1500 in 2011 from Landers McLarty. Hear is what I have been unhappy about. The first issue was when I purchased the truck I stipu I Purchased my RAM 1500 in 2011 from Landers McLarty. Hear is what I have been unhappy about. The first issue was when I purchased the truck I stipulated that I was buying the truck to pull a trailer of about 8,000 pounds. The salesman recommended the 1500 Crew Cab with the Hemi. While the engine has more than enough power, when I first pulled a U-haul car trailer and 58 Thunderbird both weighing about 6090 pounds. I was not happy, I definitely should have gone with the 2500. The next issue was that I purchased a spray in bedliner, and Landers Mclartly never scheduled to have my truck completed. At which time the amount I paid for the liner was $100.00 more than the cost of the Liner of LM never returned the overage. I recently stopped in looking for a new 4 door Wrangler Rubicon, with a standard Transmission listed on the Internet Website but it wasn't there. I gave them my information of which they already had since I purchased my truck there to call me when they had a jeep come in that matched the items that I wanted, but they never called me back. So recently I received a phone call stating that my truck had a recall on the Rear axle Pinion nut. The notifications told me to call a DODGE/RAM corporate number to schedule an appointment and validate the parts would be available. I called the number and they past me to the Customer Service of LM which the service person validated the part was available and asked me what time I wanted to bring the truck in for service. I told them 23 December 2014 at 0700. Knowing this was a normal drop of time anyway I believed my vehicle would be completed without issues. I was the first vehicle their and was assured I would be taken care of. By noon I had not heard anything and called the Service Department, I was told they could not find the part and my truck would not be completed until the end of the day. I picked up my truck and at 16:00 and expressed that I was unhappy as I had made an appointment and was assured the item was available, I asked if there was a survey or something that I could fill out, but was told I may receive something in e-mail. Fast forward to 26 December 2014, I received a call on my answering machine that goes into a loop to press a button or enter a response if I was happy or dissatisfied with my Service. What a Crock. More
