Trying to take advantage of a 100% disabled Vet This dealer was caught off guard with me oweing less than they expected so they raised the price back to the sticker price. What should of been a easy in and out like normal turned into a bloody mess. I buy a new car every 3 years so I'm not a chump like they thought I was and the Sales man Anthoney brought the new PO for me to sign and couldn't look me in the face. He placed the copy on the desk looking at the ground and started acting odd because he knew what they were trying to do. I asked for prior copies and the ones I was handed were reprinted. They stapled the packet together and that sheet didn't have holes in it. They gave me 21k for a trade in KBB 24-26k. I know the tailgate needed repair ( new one painted to match 500 on eBay, just hit a rock on the road that busted a rim and damaged the lower a arm a 100.00 part at peepboys. Add there over cost but discounted rate of prob 25$ compared to 80$ an hour of labor ahh let's say an hour on putting on the tailgate and 3 hours on lower A Arm so 700 for repair. Is 700 bucks really 7-9k loss in trade in? They all should be made to take ethics classes then maybe they might not try so hard to screw over a repeat customer to Dodge. Might be a Chevy now to be honest. Never in my car buying life time since the age of 19. This establishment should be on the Bar list from The Post Commander. I really feel so strongly about this I'll be contacting G-2 on there practices towards military retirees I'm sure they try it on naïve Privates getting a check and want to spend it. Take your military a. $$ to Athens. More

LIARS and CHEATERS - Avoid This Unreputible Dealership! I purchased a 1996 BMW Z3 convertible from this dealership. They camouflaged a check engine problem that occurred when they change the oil prior to de I purchased a 1996 BMW Z3 convertible from this dealership. They camouflaged a check engine problem that occurred when they change the oil prior to delivery. It resulted in over $2500 worth of additional repairs due to their mechanic disconnecting a massflow air sensor prior to delivery. The dealership did nothing, and would not reimburse me for any other repairs. Jennifer Smith, customer service representative is anything but that. She was very rigid, and would not take ownership of the dealers error. My clear advice… Avoid this dealership at all costs. You will get screwed!!! Update – December 14, 2014: the response from the dealer is a complete re-fabrication of the truth. Their response is not what happened, and in fact they caused the damage to the car for an oil change that was part of the delivery. Again, avoid this dealer at all costs!! The lies they have told in their response are further evidence that you cannot trust them. Buyer beware! More

I was even more surprised when I found out that the owner was in the building on a daily basis and was immediately introduced to him in the midst of his busy office schedule. Frank Williams not only took the time to meet me but spent time diffusing the anxiety I was feeling about meeting with the finance department and signing the many forms that can usually be intimidating and eerie. He assured me that he would 'be there' for me if I ran into any concerns and he kept his word. It was because of his customer service as well as his entire time (from the service department to the sales department, to the finance department, receptionists, and even the cashier), the employees were exceptional with customer care.
