My interaction with Tay Johnson was very positive and constructive. Our initial interaction with Tay was due to another Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram agent was unable to provide us with immedi constructive. Tay took over and commanded the events leading to our purchase of a new Jeep Gladiator. Tay met us upon our arrival, showed us to the waiting area and prepared our purchase for a test ride. Tay was very efficient in preparing purchase paperwork and along with coordinating with the Business Manager. Tay was knowledgeable of the Jeep Gladiator (he owns one himself) and was thus able to answer all of our questions. The Business Manager prepared our financing paperwork and closing documents. He too was very professional and efficient at this task. More
