OK but it was not fun. Vernon and Eddie saved the sale. Our first day there we meet with Vernon. I went back in the morning after they worked some more numbers gave them my final offer based on those numbers and the deal was made. Would recommend Vernon to anyone. More
service department scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person sai scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person said this shop did not do that type of work and was told to leave. I left the service area and called back to speak to the person that scheduled the appointment and she told me to return because she would take care of the problem. I was taken by their service driver and was told as soon as my car was ready would call and send the service to pick me up. I called myself about 4pm to check on my car and was told it was ready. When i tried calling the service department it took me 30minutes before someone answer the phone. I was told that the service department do not like to answer the alot alot in the afternoon. When i got to the service department my car had been ready since 10:47am. The service department cost me a whole for no reason. My car still has not been repaired due no paint. Paint must be order and it will be two weeks waiting. More

I gave the Nissan one more chance. I stopped and started looking again, and ELester was at my side within 5 minutes. Nice guy, and informative........ :-) He ended up selling me on a new Sentra. All Assumptions With No Data Took my wife's car here due to an issue where here Altima was not accelerating properly and was shutting off. Dropped it off on Tuesday night and no o Took my wife's car here due to an issue where here Altima was not accelerating properly and was shutting off. Dropped it off on Tuesday night and no one got to it or even contacted us until Thursday. This was after numerous attempts to contact them. After performing some work to determine root cause, they called back and said they "believe" the exhaust was stopped up. But to be sure, they had to drop it and that it will be a $105 job. I asked how sure we're they that this was the issue and they said they were "pretty sure" based on past known issues with Altimas. After performing the work, it was determined that was not the issue. They next ran a fuel pressure check and determined it was the fuel pump. We were charged for the guess work that was not backed up by any data. Why not perform the fuel pressure check BEFORE dropping the exhaust? Told Sammy my concerns and he just gave me a blank stare. Wife is looking for another vehicle and we will not be getting it from Nissan. I do not want to judge their sales department and I have seen good reviews, but thank the service department for not getting our business. More

I was actually skeptical about Vernon being able to get the car payments in the range that we needed for our budget, but lo and behold, HE DID IT!! He worked with us in a calm but non-pushy manner. We were comfortable throughout the entire process, and he even went a step further and set up my wife's blue tooth in her car! He introduced us to the key people in the service department, arranged a ride back home after the delivery of our trade-in, and we were able to drive off the lot in a brand new vehicle within a short amount of time! Way to go Vernon! He did every single thing he said he would do! More

Once we started the process, Curtis Terry and the gentleman in finance, John (I don't have access to his last name right now), went above and beyond to actually make this a pleasant experience. I felt they were genuinely working for our best interest. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful.. They were both aware of our need for a vehicle but neither one made us feel pressured.
