Unprofessional! When I didn’t want services from Nissan and didn’t want to hear the spill again he was upset slammed the pen down for me to sign and snatched my card from my hand. They treated us with much respect and professionalism. I can't say enough about Rene Conaway. He was awesome to work with and worked hard to get us the SUV that we were looking for. Thanks to Landers McClarty for working with us and giving us a good deal on our Murano. My wife really likes it a lot. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership and we have always felt at home. The easiest car purchase we have ever made ! Lance Cross was absolutely amazing, he helped find me the perfect car with everything i was looking for. He definitely makes you feel like he is doing what is b was absolutely amazing, he helped find me the perfect car with everything i was looking for. He definitely makes you feel like he is doing what is best for you not the dealership. He WAS NOT PUSHY at all. He went above and beyond to make sure we was 100% happy with our new 2021 Nissan Altima. Every employee at this dealership was so nice and polite. They made us feel like they actually appreciated our business and made our whole experience about us. Every question that we had he was able to answer and explain it us so we understand completely what we was getting and he made sure we knew everything there was to know about the car before we drove off the lot.
