2017 Toyota Corolla I recently purchased a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from the dealership. It has about 9,000 miles on it. After waiting about 2 hours for it to be "cleane I recently purchased a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from the dealership. It has about 9,000 miles on it. After waiting about 2 hours for it to be "cleaned" we were handed the keys. Five days later, I found a small puddle of oil under the car. I took it back to the dealership in which they checked it out and found "no signs of oil leak at this time", despite the puddle of oil in my garage. The service advisor said that if I have any problems with it, to take it to Toyota as it is still under warranty. The next day I took it to the Toyota dealership. It was determined the oil pan gasket was leaking. Toyota fixed the problem and I was on my way. My issue with Landers is that they had the car in their possession for several months and obviously did not address this problem. I was sold a car that leaked oil which should have been identified and fixed prior to being put up for sale. More

2018 Altima Midnight SR Didn’t realize your dealership was open on Sunday afternoon until we stopped by looking at the Altimas on the lot. That worked out great for us. I called Monday afternoon and spoke with Sylvester. I told him the car I was interested in. He asked when I wanted to come and look at it. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. We met at the agreed-upon time and there the car was - ready to test drive. Sylvester was great. He didn’t push. He found out what I wanted and made every effort to make sure I got it. The first time we negotiated the APR offers were ridiculously high. It took a roughly 5 minute visit to my bank to get a much lower rate. The 2nd time after management offered a fair APR I informed them that I was no longer interested in trading in my vehicle. The trade in, valued at $500, caused another manager to then raise the agreed upon price $1000. More
