I called Monday afternoon and spoke with Sylvester. I told him the car I was interested in. He asked when I wanted to come and look at it. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. We met at the agreed-upon time and there the car was - ready to test drive. Sylvester was great. He didn’t push. He found out what I wanted and made every effort to make sure I got it. The first time we negotiated the APR offers were ridiculously high. It took a roughly 5 minute visit to my bank to get a much lower rate. The 2nd time after management offered a fair APR I informed them that I was no longer interested in trading in my vehicle. The trade in, valued at $500, caused another manager to then raise the agreed upon price $1000. More
