Exceptional and Expedient I had been searching for a new vehicle for my wife and looked a many makes and models of cross over/SUVs. When I happened across the perfect vehicle, I had been searching for a new vehicle for my wife and looked a many makes and models of cross over/SUVs. When I happened across the perfect vehicle, 2018 Rogue SL, that had everything that my wife wanted I was hooked to get it for her. I messaged the dealership and was responded to very quickly from JoCarra. It may seem weird, but I did most of the deal via e mail. Told her where I wanted to be price wise and that is pretty much what she was able to do. I made an appointment for the next morning at 9:30, did the paperwork, and was driving off the lot at 10:50. That was the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had, and I have had a few over the last 35+ years. The Rogue was spotless and my wife loves it. I knew the service managers were great and it seems the sales staff is also. D.J. Kilgo was so friendly and helpful and very low pressure which I always like. Sales Manager was Eddie Williams and he was also very friendly. I hadn't really done my homework on the vehicle price like I usually do before purchasing a car as it was a spur of the moment visit. It's possible I couldn't have paid less, but I have no regrets. The great experience they provided at a difficult time in my life (husband passed away) was priceless. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience I have worked with Lester Ruth in the past for other purchases and he's always been a great salesman that makes me feel more like family than someone I have worked with Lester Ruth in the past for other purchases and he's always been a great salesman that makes me feel more like family than someone off the street. In each and every purchase we've made Lester took time out and ensured we were properly taken care of. In a past purchase my wife got in a bad wreck but fortunately was unharmed due to the great safety of Nissan's and Lester called and checked on her multiple times. This is one of the main reasons that brought us back to make another purchase. We came in for the new purchase on a Sunday afternoon at around 5:30 to purchase a new car. Little did I know that they actually closed at 6 but nobody ever mentioned this to me and we went through the entire process which lasted until 8 and the only reason I found out they close at 6 is I saw it on the door. Everyone from the finance department to the people that worked on the deals was a joy to work with. I have 2 small kids and they were more than welcoming and it was an amazing experience. I would strongly recommend buying a car here to anyone for any kind of purchase. More
