So this review doesn't include any experience with the parts or service department. Honestly, I dreaded going to any dealership to shop for a vehicle because I didn't want to deal with a salesman. Fortunately, I was blessed to run right into Elester Ruth when I got to the dealership. He answered my questions, helped me find what I was looking for, and worked hard to get us to an agreement that was good for the dealership and me. This was a week long process and Elester stayed in contact with me, was always professional, nor did I ever fell like he was pressuring me. Additionally, another employee named Bernie noticed my two young children were getting restless so he went and inflated some balloons to keep them occupied. Lastly, we also worked with Brent in finance. He was kind, didn't try to pressure us to buy options we weren't interested in, and got us in and out of his office in a timely manner. More
