I don’t know where to begin. The service advisor I had was the most incompetent person I have meet in a while. I am so not happy with the work that was performed. The next phone call I got that they had not started and that the tint was not going to match. Asked to speak to general manager and he would not get the n the phone. Left a message to call me and never did. Called this morning. Have to make another trip back the for them to clean it up. My experience through Nissan was the absolute worst I have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. They completed work that I specifically told them not to, and have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. They completed work that I specifically told them not to, and therefore I was charged hundreds more than I was quoted in the first place. I have contacted, left voicemails, and spoke with people over the phone who said they would resolve my issue and they never called back. So the only way I seem to be able to get in touch with someone to share my experience is when they message me on Christmas Day(!!!!!!) to fill out a survey regarding my experience. I will not be returning to this dealership to have the rest of my services completed, and will be filing with the BBB. More
