I brought my 2004 Corolla, which has over 250,000 miles, to Steve Landers Toyota for an oil/filter change and for an overall maintenance check. Toyota discovered two separate oil leaks. I also noticed during this time that my AC was not working properly, blowing out lukewarm air. Although I had to make multiple appointments because of parts availability, Toyota was able to fix all of these problems in a timely fashion. My service advisor through all of this was Tim Doran, who was excellent. He kept me well informed of everything through timely texts. He was very polite and thoroughly answered my questions. He is an exemplary employee that Toyota can be proud of. Toyota should use him to teach new hires. More
