We called and spoke with Johnny. By the time we got there Johnny was just finishing his day. When he realized it was us that had called he helped us. We ran over a piece of a metal bracket and although we c Johnny was just finishing his day. When he realized it was us that had called he helped us. We ran over a piece of a metal bracket and although we could have driven on it, he put our spare on as we had to drive 500 miles the next day. We were in and out in one hour. Johnny was the best. He didn’t even hesitate to take us on even though it was the end of his day. He was nice, courteous and knowledgeable about warranty options as the tire was only 10 months old. More
