I didn’t find out that I had defective tires on the car I just bought from you until the service department showed me they were scalloped in the rear and told me I needed to buy four new tires… cause they we just bought from you until the service department showed me they were scalloped in the rear and told me I needed to buy four new tires… cause they were cheap and did not fit correctly which is why I brought it in to have it looked at because of the noise that it’s making in the pulling to the right and the funny sound in the rear… Are you freaking kidding me?? Won’t be back love your service department they seemed honest and hard-working but when I specifically asked Juan Valdez about those tires he said they were great they are not very disappointing. More

Great dealership and employees. Salesman Nigel Treet and sales manager Shaun worked very hard with me and accomplished all tasks. Had a problem getting transportation for my vehicle Salesman Nigel Treet and sales manager Shaun worked very hard with me and accomplished all tasks. Had a problem getting transportation for my vehicle sent to my home however, sales manage and Nigel accomplished the task and I was pleased with the transporter...hire him again as an independent his enclosed trailer was fantastic. Called Blair for help as she was the dealership customer service rep and she did not return my call. Overall great dealership. Thank you. More

So I initially made my review a couple of days after purchasing my Volkswagen beetle from one in Landers Toyota everything was great at that moment… But since I’ve had a concern about the sound I’m hear purchasing my Volkswagen beetle from one in Landers Toyota everything was great at that moment… But since I’ve had a concern about the sound I’m hearing in the front of the vehicle and I texted my sales person won twice with no response… So I’m kind of getting the feeling that now I bought the car and that’s kind of the end of that for them… So that doesn’t make me happy I’m supposed to have a two month warranty I just was asking how to come in and let them look at what I think is going on but again no response so anyhow still love the car so far other then the noise that is bothering me in the right front tire and I need to find out what that is, but the sale itself was seamless it took a day not even much more than two hours of my time total and I have a vehicle so not everything was done exactly the way I wanted or did I get the payment that I actually wanted but it was close enough.. The only thing worrying me now is that I’m not getting a response to my inquiries so I guess we’ll see I’ll repost again… Stay tuned. More
