Service was prompt, but they had a problem with their notification system to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call them to make contact. The Service Advisor promptly returned my phone via a land l notification system to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call them to make contact. The Service Advisor promptly returned my phone via a land line instead of using their computer system. The breakdown in communciation was strictly technology related. I am disappointed to learn that C-suite management of Toyota is entering the cancel culture. More
