The servicing of my 4Runner was fine but because of work requirements and hours of operation I had to utilize the concierge service which picks up the vehicle and drops it off. My place of work is less than requirements and hours of operation I had to utilize the concierge service which picks up the vehicle and drops it off. My place of work is less than 2 miles from the dealership. I was charged $16 for the service. Not really happy about that as other dealerships I’ve used in the past have provided a complimentary ride to and from work or a loaner vehicle. Maybe times are tough at Landers and they needed to maximize revenue? More

I felt their was a little too much pressure to purchase tires, I was not there to buy tires. However I decided to purchase tires and am glad I did, it was a good deal. The most annoying thing was how long it took for followup after I had to leave the car there because they could not figure out what the problem was. I reached out via text and it took almost 24 hours(Tuesday to Wednesday) to get back to me, disappointing. More
