Overall experience with the service department was OK, that biggest issue is when you first walk in to one of the doors it's seperated into small rooms but no matter which door you go into nobody greets y that biggest issue is when you first walk in to one of the doors it's seperated into small rooms but no matter which door you go into nobody greets you and you're left standing there ackwardly wondering what to do. Even if you're standing in front of someone at a desk they don't look up and say they'll be with you in a minute, they just ignore you. Once someone finally acknowledges you they're super friendly and everything is smooth. My second issue is when they take your car back they mess with your car settings and don't change them back like turning my auto headlights off and maxing our my ac fan. More

Wonderful experience. This was my 2nd visit to Steve Lender’s. All the employees are very welcoming and helping. Starting from scheduling the service to get everything done, all the way it was smooth an Lender’s. All the employees are very welcoming and helping.
