This is a great dealership! My salesman was Felix Gutierrez and I highly recommend him. I came from out of state to buy a vehicle here and Felix made it extremely easy. Great experience with the sales, finance, and management team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy change in that the vehicles are started on a regular basis to ensure the batteries and components don’t go bad. Had to take a loaner home on day of purchase. More
