Lack of communication I made an appointment for my car at 3:30 on a Wednesday. When I made the appointment, I told the lady I needed my car by the next day at 11am. She tol I made an appointment for my car at 3:30 on a Wednesday. When I made the appointment, I told the lady I needed my car by the next day at 11am. She told me that was no problem. I was told I would get a call by the end of the day with an update on what was going on. Thursday I still hadn’t heard anything and it was about 8:30 so I called them. They didn’t answer. Instead of getting a call back, I got a text message saying they still didn’t know what was going on with my car. Finally, at 2:30 they texted again and told me what was wrong and how much it was going to be instead of calling. I went in to pick it up and just to look at my car and tell me what was wrong with it costs $125. After I got there, it took a very long time to get help and a very long time to get my car back to me. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and how unprofessional it was. I will not be back. More
