My salesman (Eric Perkins) listened to what I wanted, and provided me with multiple options... and then some. It truly was like buying a car from a longtime friend. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I felt like he was doing everything possible, to make the “deal I wanted” happen. The dealership was fantastic, and fair, but for me... the salesman is what will determine if I purchase a vehicle or not. Needless to say, I drove away in a beautiful vehicle. I definitely recommend this dealership, and will absolutely check with Eric first, when I’m in the market again. More

Most dealerships rush the sale and are really pushy at doing add-ons to the purchase. At Steve Landers, they make you aware of extended warranties, gap insurance, etc. but they aren’t pushy. Most importantly, everyone that we have worked with there goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. More

Evaluation of service I made an appointment for my 30,000 mile checkup. The receptionist was very nice. I was met by Jose Canyo See who signed me in. I then took his little blue thing to the desk and gave it to another friendly service manager. It was such a great experience that I would like to go back every day. Once signed in I went and had a coffee and a wonderful donut. I really appreciate the donuts in the reception. Oh yea the service guy explained what they would be doing to my car and how much. More
